Online Education but has existed for a several years and it
has been the target of the many skeptics. Many skeptics feel there is not
enough interaction while using teachers and other students to create a virtual
campus as educational as being a traditional campus. They also think that the
material is significantly less educational. While this is dying out as being a theme
on the critic’s quantity, because they are currently being proven wrong, I felt
this was pretty interesting. I have attended both forms of universities, online
and standard. I have to disagree with all the skeptics’ statements.

However, when I began to obtaining my online education as
being a sophomore, I found there was much more interaction. I could e-mail my
teachers and have a response from them usually within a day. I also found that
we was not embarrassed to help ask any questions. Like a student, I often
pondered if my questions were being stupid or ridiculous. My spouse and i was
always afraid to help ask, for fear that we would get laughed in by other
students or which the teacher would look in me and say, "Duh. " Which
never happened, but it was always in the rear of my mind. I have gotten
discussion through chat times, e-mails, and phone conversation with numerous
other students throughout my personal sophomore year. I personally have enjoyed
the ability so much that We've decided to continue my online education and find
a four-year degree.
The material that was covered in my online education
institute has become as challenging, if not more so, than when I attended an
old-fashioned university. I have had a big increase in my GPA just as one
online student. This is mostly because of the fact that I can review the
material several times as I want and increase the material whenever I wish. In
my freshman year in a traditional university, I spent much time sitting in a
classroom following lectures. After I still left the lecture, I acquired
several questions, as my spouse and I stated above, which in no way got
answered. The other problem was which the teachers speak very quickly and it is
almost impossible to catch every point that they can make. The next time I
would go to the class, the teacher can have a pop quiz or maybe a test on the pitch.
I did not score extremely high on these.
After I pondered my personal experiences along with online
versus traditional education skills, I began to curiosity how others fingered
that had been in both atmospheres. I began thinking about forums and conversation
with extra students at my online university. There are numerous students that
feel they're getting a better education at an online university than we were
holding at a traditional college or university. But I guess the critics need
something to talk concerning.
